Our very last day of the holiday. We were up soon after 07:00 and had showers using 1 euro tokens we were given free of charge when we checked in (the showers were free on production of an ACSI card). The time allocated for the shower was long enough, but they weren't very warm. They were very clean, though.
This is a good site for a stopover on the way to, or from, the ferry terminal at Calais, so we will probably stay here again in the future.
Scrambled eggs on toast for breakfast, and the cloudy weather started to clear. I caught glimpses of a heron on the river we were camped by. Before leaving the site, we bought some cereal bars to eat on the journey from the supermarket next to the campsite. We left just after 10:00 and made our way to the ferry terminal at Calais, stopping at an aire to make lunch.
